k, so dis is like more of a personal thing to make myself remember stuff and see how im goin.

Im 17, i could type correctly but i wanna feel like im not doing dis seriously. I wanna get better, duh, dress better, eat better, get a better personality and stuff like that, being a teenager is dope, but ive been emo asf lately, ive notice im getting fat since ive been eating unhealthy shits , got kinda addicted, ive also developed a bad posture, which makes me look even fatter , noticed i aint got a jaw after all, kinda an underbite, but not that much, like i would actually have a jaw if i deleted my face fat.

So, basically, i wanna get a normal good posture, lose fat and get healthy habits. ive been trying since last year, but as i said, im kinda addicted to those chocolate stuff and cookies and buns ye, ive never been fat FAT, i was skinny asf when i was little, got As in p.e. dudeeee, but yeh, got lazy and stuff, i wouldnt stand seeing how i make my body fat, then get even sadder when looking at me in the mirror yk, so ill take this seriously, ill try ig.

im 52.5kg rn, i was 55kg a while ago and 51kg was my minimum since i tried. i wanna be 43kg, gotta lose 10kg here, im like 160cm or something, i got that belly, chin fat and my legs got stretch marks (coz they fat)

i got some vids on youtube so i do da workout:

1.back exercises for the posture.

2.general exercises for the posture.

3. exercises for tiny waist

4. exercises for flat belly

5. exercises for legs

6. exercises for chin

imma use the numbers so i dont type it all.

my other goal is to beat procrastination and get good grades.
